After my 3day HARDCORE FAST, whilst on my period.. i steped on the scale this morning and i was sooo SHOCKED AND HAPPY but yet still not impressed..
NOW i am 136 lbs (62 kg)
(i was actually 61kg but i dont wanna get too happy so im just saying 62kg)
WAS (2 months ago) 158 lbs (72kg)
i have lost 10 kilos 22lbs in 2 months..

i have lost exactly 15.4 lbs (7kg). today is day 28, so i have lost this much in 1 month. i will be honest i didnt restrict down to minimum, i didnt excersie, i didnt starve.. and i think i have done well.
i feel good. real good, coz im now 143 lbs (65kg) and i was expecting to reach my short term goal by 20th August but i have managed to do this a week earlier than i expected. my short term goal was 145 lbs (66kg by 20th august).
Annnywayyy my long term goal is to be 127 lbs (58kg by 20th september). {i have made a few changes on my long term goal duration}. i think its likely for me to loose about another 15 lbs in one month.

Current Weight: 158 (72kg never imagine)
Short Term Goal:145 (66kg by 20th august)
Long term Goal: 132 (60kg by 20th September)
Longer term Goal: 127 (58kg by 1st October)
Hi girls, it’s not my first time being in this community. Used to be in this community about 5-6months ago, even though I had an existing username I wanted to make a fresh start. So I want everyone to assume that I’m a brand new user. It’s my first post on here... The reason I have joined the community is because I find it extremely helpful to achieve my goal. Below are my stats... today is 17th July 2006 I want to achieve my goal within 8 weeks time, if not 10 weeks maximum.. I know this is possible... Even though I have to work extremely harder than ever before. Anyway I don’t want to bore you with my boring life story on my first post, if you are interested just follow my updates.. I luv being on here.. I luv all you lovely ladies for being so supportive to on another. That’s my main reason for returning back to the community... in total I want to loose at least 26.4 lbs (12kg) in maximum approx. 8weeks time. I must do this, in order to be a good looking girl again, to feel good again, to wear wat I want to wear again. How I am I going to do this? Well I have done so much in the past, I have starved my self to death, and I did loose loads of weight.. but wat happened; I gained 2wice as much as I lost in such little time, I cant believe it my self.. its disgusting. I feel like a cow. So this time round, I am going to plan things and help myself in a much healthier way. I must do this.. I have put on soo much weight because I munch anytime of the day. I eat anything I feel like, I never even look at the time when I eat. I don’t go out of the house. But I must end this ugly life at this point or else I shall be obese in very little time. I have my own internet at home so I will update on here nearly everyday, sometime more than once a in a day.. Hope everything goes well.. Wish me good luck. luv u all.
